Providing Golf Facilities with:

|National Women’s Golf Alliance™ Areas of Focus||Criteria for NWGA “Rolling Out the Green Carpet™” Designation|
|Golf Course Playability||Multiple sets of tees for women that are maintained at the same standards as all other tees, including a minimum of one set under 5,000 yards rated for women for a par 72 course.|
|Customer Service||Women welcomed as valued customers as shown by fair access to tee times, staff is welcoming to guests and women employed in key staff positions.|
|Golf Course Amenities||On-course amenities (drinking water, ball washers, restrooms) are safely and conveniently located at all possible teeing areas and/or appropriate intervals on the course and in the facility.|
|Facility Amenities||Measurable selection of women’s merchandise in the golf shop. Healthful food and beverage choices offered on all menus.|
|Golf Programs||Women-specific learning and playing experiences. Fairly priced 9-hole and/or other play options available.|
- Consultation – A comprehensive written report is generated highlighting areas of excellence and offering strategic recommendations. A second evaluation is conducted later, at a mutually agreed time, to assess consistency and improvements.
Annual evaluation fee: $750/18-hole course, three year commitment. Supplementary fees apply for properties with additional holes/courses.
- Rolling Out the Green Carpet ™ Certification – Facilities that achieve a score of 80 percent or higher in at least three areas of focus earn the Rolling Out the Green Carpet Certification. Valid for three years, this designation comes with a PR and marketing package, including an insignia to use in promotional and advertising materials.
- Minimal Course Staff Involvement for Evaluation – The majority of the evaluation process does not require services or staff hours from the facility. Our evaluators complete the work and your staff merely needs to be available for the presentation of our findings. Any changes and/or improvements based on the report are solely at the property’s discretion.
